ABOUT ME
My name is Dawn and I have worked as a professional in the NHS and social care for many years. I retrained as a reflexologist, as I wanted to continue to help people, but on a more personal, individual level. I gained a Diploma with Distinction in Reflexology. I trained at the professionally renowned Devon School of Reflexology, a long-standing Accredited Centre of the Association of Reflexologists. Due to the "school's" high reputation, trainees attend its courses from far afield, with students on my cohort travelling from Oxford and Cornwall.
I am also qualified to offer Reiki and Indian Head Massage and have a Spiritual Healing qualification. I am a medium, psychic and tarot card reader and can offer intuitive card readings. I am a qualified Advanced Tarot and Psychic Practitioner.
I am a qualified nurse and midwife, starting my career working for the NHS over 30 years ago.
As a trained nurse I am used to looking after people with chronic as well as acute health conditions. This means you can feel safe in my hands.
As a qualified midwife I have a special interest in women’s health throughout their reproductive lives. I have a full understanding of the needs of women from puberty, to pregnancy, to the menopause and beyond.
As a member of the foremost independent body for reflexology in the UK, the AOR, I have to show evidence that I am insured and committed to professional practice and development. I regularly attend professional events and undertake relevant learning such as courses and workshops to extend my practice.
